Divya Kala Mela 2025' is a series of events organised by the Government of India to promote differently abled artists and entrepreneurs, with the fairs being held prominently at Lucknow (15-23 November) and India Gate, New Delhi (13-21 December) showcasing handicrafts, art and entrepreneurship of differently abled people and promoting 'Vocal for Local' with cultural activities and food.
