⚠️ Note: Food products cannot be replaced once opened or used. We do not accept returns — orders are eligible for replacement only under the above scenarios.

Pre-paid orders

  • A shipping charge of INR 70 will be applied to all prepaid orders below INR 599.

Refund Policy

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever happens first.
  • If an order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund if found damaged or unfit for consumption.

Replacements

Orders placed on the website are eligible for replacement only in the specific cases listed below.

(Replacement requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery and include the reason clearly in your email — we'd love to know what went wrong.)

  • If the product is received in damaged condition, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with pictures for internal quality checks.
  • If a different product from what was ordered is received, please notify us within 72 hours for quick replacement.
  • If any item is missing from an order, please reach out within 72 hours of delivery, and we will ship the remaining items.
  • We ensure fresh products, but if a product tastes bad or stale, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and a replacement will be sent. We encourage you to provide details for our improvement.
